Leather

Leather is a by-product or secondary product of meat industry. Leather is obtained from the died animals. Leather is natural product means it also a part of Natural fiber. Leather is obtained from animals then it undergoes different types of chemical treatments one of them is known as tanning. Leather is also categories on basis of it's quality which reflects that there are different types of leather are available in the market. Leather is used to make different kind of products which can be use by us on daily basis such as shoes , belts, wallets and handbags, and etc.

Filament Fibres

Filament Fibre refers to those fibres which are larger in length. Filament Fibre undergoes through process of spinning and other chemical process for blending before making of a yarn. Strength of filament Fibre is stronger than staple fiber. Fabric made from filament fibres rarely catches pilling on it's surface than staple fabric.

Staple Fibre

Staple Fibre is refers to those fibres which are shorten in length. Staple Fibre must undergo through process of spinning before making of a yarn of continuous length. Yarn made of staple Fibre have hairiness appearance on it's surface. Strength of staple Fibre is lower than other yarn. Fabric made from staple fibres catches pilling on it's surface.

Yarn

Yarn is a thread which is used for knitting and weaving to make fabric. Yarn is made up of twisted fibers together. These yarns are made up of many fibers such natural and man made fibers. Yarns are always means to thread which is used for weaving and knitting in order to make fabric or cloth in textile or retail industry.

Types of Fabric

Types of Fabrics There are basically 3 different types of fabrics which are available nowadays in market. These 3 types of fabrics are categorize on basis of their sources ( fibers). All these three types of fabrics are explained as below:- 1) Natural Fabric:- The natural fabric refers to those fabrics which are made up of natural fibers. Fibers of these natural fabrics are taken from the natural sources such as cotton fiber from cotton plants. As above we discussed, natural fabrics are made up of natural sources of fibers. So, here we need to learn about animal fabrics. Animal Fabric:- is that material of which are made up of those fibers which are obtained from animal such as 'wool from sheep'. 2) Man- Made Fabric:- The man - made fabric refers to those fabrics which are made up of man-made fibers. Fabric

Fabric is a product which is made of different types of fibers ( yarns or threads). These fibers are converted into fabric with the process of knitting or weaving. The fibers used to make fabric are natural, man-made made and regenerated.
