Franchising is a business concept of marketing, sell the products and services in order to expand the business. In a franchising business model, there are two parties one franchisor and other one is franchisee. Both the parties undergo through an agreement by which franchisor provides rights to franchisee to use it's brand name, business model and sell it's product or service. In this agreement of franchising , the franchisee needs to pay fees to use business model , brand name, logo, identity of franchisor.

Customer Loyalty Program offers a reward to customers during their purchase like a point system, freebies or etc. A successful customer loyalty program is designed to make a frequent purchase in order to increase business in retail industry. Visual Merchandising refers to the art of presentation of merchandise in a retail store/ outlet in a effective way in order to increase the sale of a retail store. Visual Merchandising is also includes presentation of merchandise and displaying merchandise in a effective way in order to attract potential customers to the store for make a purchase.  Visual Merchandising includes all the display of merchandise, decor , sign  and layout of space of a retail store. Visual Merchandising helps retailers in increase to sale of their merchandise by it's art of displaying or presentation of merchandise in best manner which attract customers towards it and they come to store to make a purchase.
