Franchising

Franchising is a business concept of marketing, sell the products and services in order to expand the business. In a franchising business model, there are two parties one franchisor and other one is franchisee. Both the parties undergo through an agreement by which franchisor provides rights to franchisee to use it's brand name, business model and sell it's product or service.
In this agreement of franchising , the franchisee needs to pay fees to use business model , brand name, logo, identity of franchisor.
